CC programs no longer launch

Hello,

We have the enterprise version (3 desktop licenses). One of these computer had a problem opening these CC programs about 1 month ago. There was a message saying that his license was inactive and asked for the program to be updated. Connecting with the corporate account ID gave the same message. Since then, the user has installed the demo version 2017 but that expires in 2 days. On the site, the license assigned to its station is active. What can be done to put the old version back and make it work.

Thank you.

Isabelle

It sounds like this is a Device License.

Probably the user has tried to sign in with an Adobe ID to try to access online services, and this has broken the licensing.

Re-apply the license by creating a new license from the Creative Cloud Packager and then apply it on the machine.

Adobe recommends not to install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App for Device Licenses as this can lead users to sign in. The app can be disabled via the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager when creating images for distribution.
