CC2014 application asks randomly to register adobe id in 7 days or it will deactivate

We have a valid Creative Cloud Enterprise licence. I made a package with Crative Could Packager (basically all applications 12.6GB size). I tried to install the package with the deployment software Filewave. This failed as the package was installed but did not finish up. I then made a Fileset magic (Snapshot 23GB size) and deployed it.

The Creative Cloud applications are working mostly well. Randomly some clients get the error to register adobe id in 7 days or it will deactivate. It's not working immediately. Sometimes it helps to open a different application, to reboot or to log in with a different user but mostly it isn't possible to work. The next day it is working fine on the same client.

If the error happens, it opens the application, then Adobe Applications Manager pops up and both applications quit and show the error message.

Clients are iMac (> mid 2010) with 8GB RAM, OSX 10.9.5, network users on a Windows Server 2012 R2
