CC2015 - RUM failing to download Muse - Keeps reinstalling ACR

We use CCP to deploy CC2015 on our Mac (10.11.6) lab machines.  The Creative Cloud desktop application is not installed -- we use RemoteUpdateManager to deploy updates. Today all of our machines started failing on the MUSE update. Despite claiming to have successfully installed ACR, RemoteUpdateManager will keep redownloading it and reinstalling it (along with the failing MUSE update) every time, with results identical to the log below. This is happening on all of our systems

RemoteUpdateManager version is : 1.9.5.25 (BuildVersion: 1.9.5; BuildDate: Thu May 26 2016 10:30:28 )

Looking in the log, it seems things are blowing up when trying to download the MUSE update. I was going to attempt to manually download and update MUSE to try and clear the logjam, but I can't seem to find a link to the latest MUSE update.

    I'm having exact same issue as jkersten...

    As of this writing, I've initiated a "Fresh Synchronization" of my Adobe Update Server.

    I'm hoping that clears the "Failed to download (MUSE/2015.2.1.21/osx10-64" issue.

    Adobe -- any thoughts??????

    Additional information:

    • On our Windows systems, RUM finds the same Muse update and seems to install it without errors (rc=0 -- and it has clearly been updated when launching it and checking About...), but if you rerun RUM it finds and installs the same update repeatedly. The ACR update seemed to apply once and only once on Windows.
    • On the Mac, I built a CCP update package with nothing more than Bridge 6.3 (not in the initial package), ACR 9.6.1, and MUSE 2015.2.1, and deployed it to an affected system. The package installed successfully and I can see that Bridge and Muse were both updated, but RUM still keeps finding the same same 2 (already installed) updates and succeeding for ACR / Failing to download Muse.
    • On our systems RUM goes straight to Adobe. We are not using a local AUS.

    Adobe -- the Muse issue --  described above -- is occurring on both Windows and Mac.

    Within both RemoteUpdateManager logs -- (MUSE/2015.2.0/2015.2.1/ insert version here ) -- failed to download.

    We have tried rebuilding our internal AUSST utilizing both "Fresh Synchronization" and "Incremental Synchronization".

    Please assist.

    Tried updating ACR by itself using the following command:

    sudo RemoteUpdateManager --productVersions=ACR --action=install

    This seems to work without errors, but if I immediately rerun the command, it keeps finding, downloading, and instaling the same update over and over again.
