cc2017 deployment not install project felix for win8.1 or win7 only install win10

We use cc2017 deployment for computer labs. But  I want to  install all product except project felix(because not install win8.1 or win7). How can disable project felix from setup,not install this product. Otherwise all installed programs are deleted and roll back.

    Build a package using Creative Cloud Packager and do not tick Project Felix. Building a package via the Admin Console deployment tab will not allow you to do this.
