CC2021 - How can I disable the Welcome FTE screen for all apps?

Hi,

We are deploying CC 2021 across our entire college, and I need to be able to disable those FTE Welcome screens for all the apps.

It wouldn't be the end of the world for each user to go through this once, but we use a product similar to Deep Freeze on all our public and lab computers.  Basically unless the software is unlocked, when the machine is rebooted, it goes back to exactly how it was when it was locked.  

So our students would have to go through the first run screens every single time they log in to one of those machines.

Is there a registry key change I can push via Group Policy?
