CCP - After Effects 2017 will not install

Hi, hopefully someone can help or point me in the right direction.  I've been packaging up the 2017 apps via the CCP (v1.11.0 now) and they have all installed fine (after figuring out most needed the pre-req of KB2999226).  Though, After Effects refuses to install via the msi or exe.  It starts to install and then rolls back.  I've checked the conflicts file and that's ok, I've got the data all local on the machine but, no luck with the install.  I even installed CCP on a clean machine to do a clean download.
