CCP Installation Failure

Hi,

I have tried to create a CCP package so that my team has access to all of the necessary software on their own individual devices and when it it time to install I get a Failure Notice. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

    Hi,

At what point do you get a failure notice? On creating the package in CCP or when deploying?

Can you provide some information on what is in the package, what platform you are installing to, what error messages you receive?

You can find details on log files here: Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install issues with log files

    Hi,

The error comes up during the installation of the package. I've tried a couple different configurations, but I really just need InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat. I am doing it on a Mac (i've tried both a laptop and desktop).

    I get this error message:

Thanks. Without the logs I can't tell why this is failing. However the first thing I would try would be installing with elevated privileges in case you have insufficient admin rights on the machine.

Open a terminal window and use the sudo command.

    Example -

    sudo installer -target / -pkg Photoshop\ CC2018_Install.pkg
