CCP Why am I getting the oops something went wrong. I have used it before I suspect it can't install 1.5

I have used the CCP many times before and it has worked fine. This time I try to open it and it gives me the "oops something went wrong retry or cancel. I suspect it is the 1.5 update?

anyway any ideas why a working packager worked before but does not now? yes I have network connectivity as I an RDP into the box as I have done many times before and I can pull up web pages and ping adobe.com and I can do a tracert and all looks good.
