Change account type to Student (UK)

Question

Hey Adobe Family, 
 
I am writing as a completely new user and that my College based here in Scotland however i have set up the account as my student email but i am still a "blue" account and not the "orange" type.  When i look at my plans i have no plans to select and fix yet I was told by my College that Adobe and West College Scotland has a deal in place. My Student email ends in " @7120071.wcs.ac.uk " I do not know if this would make it an issue but i would like someone to perhaps be able to fix this issue for me as i am not really savvy with your website. I will repeat this again i have no plans in my account so i cannot change or add anything as i have looked at the changing account steps. 
 
Any help would be great.

Hi Andrew,

The subscription is provided to you by your school, hence you will not see that listed under your plans.

If you’re not sure which account to use, contact your school administrator to ask and confirm.
