Change account type to Student (UK)
Hey Adobe Family,
I am writing as a completely new user and that my College based here in Scotland however i have set up the account as my student email but i am still a "blue" account and not the "orange" type. When i look at my plans i have no plans to select and fix yet I was told by my College that Adobe and West College Scotland has a deal in place. My Student email ends in " @7120071.wcs.ac.uk " I do not know if this would make it an issue but i would like someone to perhaps be able to fix this issue for me as i am not really savvy with your website. I will repeat this again i have no plans in my account so i cannot change or add anything as i have looked at the changing account steps.
Any help would be great.
