you may have a bigger problem. what proof do you have that you should control this subscription?
i'm not trying to give you a hard time. but adobe would not allow me to claim company A's admin died/left the country and i'm now in control, make their admin. even if i'm actually an employee of company A.
that said, and you preparing to deal with that, we can flag an adobe employee here.

I checked your account, and it is associated with the "SNI*******" organization. The console has 4 system admins who can access the portal. Kindly work internally with your IT team to confirm who can access the admin console and assign the product.
If one admin is not available, another admins can add a new user and give the admin rights. The admin console is managed by the IT team of the organization and Adobe is not authorize to add/remove any user/admins from the portal.
