Change billing address

Hello, I need to change billing address on invoice. I've contacted chat consultant and I've red an instruction.With no effect, because screens which are presented are different then my view.

I log with my Adobe ID, then under "Account - Plan Details - Manage Payment. On the pop up I am able to change my credit card details, company name, even post code. But there is no a box with street name.

Any idea how I can manage it?

Hello, same here, billing address field doesn't display, only zip code field. I've clicked on the link mentionned above by @SuJoshi but it doesn't get me to any chat, only different pages with support content that really doesn't help me.

Any idea how I can initiate a chat session?

There will be a chat icon on the bottom right side which will allow you to connect to a support team. If the option is not available then try to open the same link on a different browser.

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately the chat icon doesn't pop up in any of my browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Safari). When I clicked on the your link and log in, I'm redirected to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html or the french version https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/contact.html
