Change distributors

How do I change my distributor from Ingram to CDW?  CDW is telling me to go to the Admin Console > Account tab and generate a “change of reseller” code, but this is nowhere in the account tab in the Admin Console.  Bottom line is that I want to change from Ingram to CDW and need instructions on how to do this.  Thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble changing the reseller for your account.


    I reviewed your account and found that you're not listed as the contract owner for the subscription. Only the contract owner can make reseller changes, which is why you're not seeing this option in the Admin Console.
