Change of subscription

Question

Hi there, I had subscribed privately to Adobe Lightroom and I am paying the monthly rate. Recently I have been given a Creative Cloud access from the institution I work for which gives me free access to Lightroom and other apps. Am I still going to be charged for Lightroom? How do I solve this?

Yes, you would be charged untill you cancel the individual subscription. However, cancellation could entail a cancellation fees and that would be 50% of the remaining subscription account. Look at the following link for information on how to cancel your subscription.

You could contact support and let them know your situation and see if they could waive off your cancellation fees. Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
