Change payment type

Hello!

I would like to change the payment in our business account from Paypal to Credit card but I cannot find the button. I already changed to "personal profile" but also coundn't find the option there. 

Furthermore, I would like to buy a licence and pay the annual amount but I cannot find an option to change the payment from monthly to yearly.
