Change Storage Quota

Hello,

 

We have three full creative cloud licenses with a total Storage of 3GB. However, I use most of it due to our team workflow. I am at 1TB, and the other two licenses far below that. How can I use change the user quotas so that I can access lets say 2.5TB and the other two 250gb each?
