Hi, we have just created a team account with 5 licenses and I have added a user to it who already has an Individual Adobe Pro account.
Does she have to cancel her individual account? Or was it automatically adopted?
Because ideally we don't get charged for both accounts.

Thank you for reaching out. When transitioning a user from an Individual Adobe Pro account to an Adobe Pro Team account, the individual subscription is not automatically merged into the team account. To avoid being charged for both accounts, please follow these steps:
1. Cancel the Individual Subscription
The user must manually cancel their individual Adobe Pro subscription. You can find step-by-step instructions in the following guide:

2. Assign the Team License
Ensure that the user is correctly added to the team account and assigned a team license through the Adobe Admin Console. Detailed instructions can be found here:
