Changing my anniversary date

I incorrectly chose 1 year as my anniversary date, but i should have chosen 36 months. How can i change this? I am the end-user but an intermediary purchased the license.

I have an Adobe account and initially when i set up this account, i saw the 12-month period, but i cant seem to change this on my dashboard.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
