Charges to my school account?

Adobe keeps trying to charge my school account. Its trying to charge me for the creative cloud provided by my school. I'm wondering if its because I'm a recent grad, which makes me also wonder why they just assume I want to pay for their overpriced garbage plan. I don't see any option to close my account. 0 options for support. 0 options to cancel plans. 0 options to remove payment option. 0 options to reach out to admin support. Adobe is the most predatory scum company I have ever encountered.

Hi @Ethan_Kelley1110,

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had.

After reviewing your account, I can see that you currently have both an active Creative Cloud Pro individual plan and an enterprise plan associated with the Adobe ID (email) used to submit this query. Please note that you are being billed for the individual plan, while the enterprise plan is owned by your university and is not billed to you.

Based on your message, it appears that you would like to cancel your individual subscription. You can follow the steps outlined in the following guide to cancel it:
