Charging and not providing service. Our school district pays Florida a community program

Julie unfortunate but I've been getting charges on my financial institution for the last four months for Adobe but my school district pays for a community program for us to have everything we need to teach and to do our work so I filed a complaint with my financial institution and also let Adobe know and they're still taking money out every every two weeks to a month and it is getting out of control to the point where now they are refusing to refund me.
