ChatGPT-Adobe-Connector: "Your organization does not allow access to third party applications" bei persönlichem CC-Pro-Konto ohne Organisation

Beim Verbinden von Adobe (Photoshop/Express/Acrobat) mit ChatGPT erscheint immer die Meldung "Your organization does not allow access to third party applications."

    Hi @AnkitVerma,

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue when trying to connect my personal Adobe account to ChatGPT.

My Adobe account is not managed by any organization, yet I receive the message: "Your organization does not allow access to third party applications."

This problem first occurred in September 2026 and remains unresolved.

I contacted Adobe's support chat, but was told that the service could only assist with billing issues. Consequently, I have been unable to reach anyone who can investigate this technical problem.

Could you please help escalate this issue to Adobe's account authentication or identity management team? I would appreciate an investigation into whether my account has an incorrect organizational association or another restriction preventing third-party authentication.

I can provide my account information privately.

    Thank you,
    Scott

    Hi @jargalmaa.sumiya,

Thank you for reaching out, and for sharing everything you've already tried. We understand how disruptive it is when the Adobe connector keeps rejecting a personal Creative Cloud Pro account, especially when the virtual assistant doesn't connect you to a person.

From what you describe, the Adobe connector in ChatGPT shows "Your organization does not allow access to third party applications" even though your account has no organization. The automatic sign-in also picks an older Adobe ID that was previously assigned to an organization, and the profile shows a screen name that isn't yours.

The three points you listed (organization assignment, age attribute, and a second identity on the same email) can only be reviewed on the account itself, which we can't do in a public thread. I'm sending you a personal message so you can share the account details privately, and we can take a closer look from there.

In the meantime, the sign-in screen for the Adobe connector in ChatGPT also lets you continue as a guest if you'd like to try it that way. Signing in with an Adobe account unlocks more skills, generative AI tool calls, asset storage, and continuity across sessions, so guest use will be more limited.

Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.

    Thanks,
    ^AV
