"--cleanup" Parameter for AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool

Hello Adobe Team,

we are struggeling with the missing "PHSP" directory on our AUSST. In many discussion I noticed the "--cleanup" parameter on incremental Updates with the AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool is causing the problem. Removing the parameter from the script is a temporary solution for me, but i cannot find any plans to fix this problem from Adobe side. When is fixing the problem planned?

Thanks in advance

Stefan

@Fenntastisch

The cleanup command will only keep products per the last filter set when specifying any product filter and will keep n & n-1 products when syncing with –ProductFilters="()".

This is an expected behavior, and I suggest selecting the second option (Incremental).

Considering cleanup as critical functionality, which will lead to deleting of files present on the system, we have designed cleanup functionality in such a way that AUSST will ask for user consent before the cleanup so that the user is aware of such critical action.

@Fenntastisch You can run the Incremental sync and Cleanup command separately in the new update of AUSST. Kindly check this help document for more details: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/ausst-common-use-cases.html
