Cloud Files Now are Unavailable

Last year I started a Creative Cloud Drive account through my school and had a number of files I had been working on in Photoshop. I am still logged into that same account but suddenly all those files have disappeared or say I no longer have access to them. I am not sure if it is because my student account was only a long-year free trial or what. Is there a way to retrieve these?
