Cloud Packager Crashing

I have a licensing problem (some applications falling in trial mode after update) and was advised by the chat-support to create a new licensing-file with the cloud packager.

The creative cloud packager always crashes when I want to do so. On for different machines. Always the newest version.

I'm writing here in this board because the agent on the chat couldn't help me and advised to write in a message board.

Can anyone help me? Thanks!
