Cloud Storage

Hi
Is there anyone with a Teams Subscription with a single user using more than 1 TB of storage?

Since April 2022 as Adobe said:
"Better storage flexibility with pooled quota

Applies to: Creative Cloud for teams and Creative Cloud for enterprise

Now, all user storage quotas are combined and shared across the whole team. This allows those who need more storage to access unused storage from those who need less."

Is this pooled quota "stuff" working OK?
I have a user that reached 1TB storage and the CC just stopped syncing.
Nothing worked about Pooled quota !!!

Thanks

Regards

if you have a teams subscription, use the contact tab on your admin console for help.

that said, your user should reset their cc app to see if that fixes the sync problem.

to reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

<moved from cc services>

Hi kglad

Thanks for your reply.
This problem happened two weeks ago. It is a MAC user.
He tried everything (rebooting several times also and I even cleaned the local CC database) and nothing...
Only after removing some files (80/90GB) from CC storage, did the sync start again (but after 1 or 2 hours).

It seems that a User (with Teams subscription or NOT and with Pooled quota or not) just can't use more than
1TB of storage.

Thanks

you're welcome. (but make sure they tried a reset.  it's easy and fast.)
