Cloud Storage Says It's Full, But It's Not - Unable to upgrade

My cloud storage says it has used 20.9GB of 2GB, however there was a surplus of space just yesterday and I have not used it or synced files since. I've deleted all of my synced files and files in my archive and have 0 synced Lightroom photos. I also have an enterpise account under my university, and it doesn't give me the option to upgrade my space. The main issue I have hear is this prevents me from using the extract feature in dreamweaver.

Hello,

Kindly follow the below steps and confirm if that fixed your issue.

  • Sign out of Creative Cloud
  • Using Activity Monitor (macOS) or Task Manager (Windows), ensure that the following two processes are closed: CoreSync and Adobe Desktop Service.
  • Navigate to the following path:

    macOS: <Mac Hard Drive>/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/

    Windows: C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\

  • Rename the "Coresync" folder to "Coresync_old".
  • Relaunch Creative Cloud and check if you are logged in with the correct account.

I hope this might fix your issue.
