A colleague has left our firm with an Adobe subscription still linked to her account and we are wanting to unsubscribe to stop the Adobe emails getting auto-forwarded to the rest of the team. As we no longer have access to her account or Adobe sign in, we are unsure how to go about this. Any ideas?
If this is an invividual account (not Team or Enterprise) there is nothing you can do from the Adobe side. It belongs absolutely to the person, the company has no right to cancel, or do anything else, including talk to support about it. If it is Team or Enterprise you can remove the license with the Admin console.
