Question

Combine plans of my personal and business account with the same ID

Since I can't install other applications on my company PC, I bought the photo plan with a personal account but used the license number in the business account. Now with my business account, if I connect as a personal account I have access to the photo plan (with Lightroom and Photoshop), if I connect with the business account I have access to Adobe Pro. I can't combine different plans that have the same account name. It depends on how I access the applications or on the cloud I can't use some apps. If I'm logged in with my company profile, I can't use Lightroom, if I'm logged in with my personal profile, I can't hear Adobe Pro. How can I combine them having all the plans in my company profile??

Hi @Nicolo.guida

It seems you're experiencing limitations due to the inability to combine personal and business licenses simultaneously. Unfortunately, our system doesn't currently support this feature, and licenses can only be used for personal or business accounts at a time.

If you need access to Adobe plans provided by your organization or wish to utilize assets associated with a business plan, it's advisable to select the Business profile when signing in. Conversely, opting for the Personal profile is recommended if you're accessing individual plans.

To switch between profiles, simply sign out and sign back in, and the Profile chooser will appear, allowing you to select the desired profile. Additionally, Adobe automatically filters the list of profiles to the most appropriate ones during sign-in. If you wish to exclude your Personal Profile during sign-in, you can adjust the Automatic profile selection setting in your Adobe Account settings.
