Hi Everyone,

 

On Tuesday 09th November all staff members came into the office and each user had been logged out of creative cloud. Is this due to the update/ split of the business and personal account setups?

 

Since we have logged back in, we have noticed that the programs are not responding as well as before. We have had issues with transparency effects in illustrator; colour profile automatically changing to RGB when opening a photoshop and illustrator window together and we are also no longer are able to view jpegs in adobe acrobat to name a few.

 

Has anyone else experienced this? Any answers would be appreciated.
