How do I lodge a complaint against a very specific engineer who helped me today.   To be clear, he was able to resolve the problem eventaualy by taking control of the computer. But after that, he engaged with me on the chat and he was very inappropraie and condensending. I don't want to get into the details on this post but he was really sarcastic and nasty.  Who can I send the transcript to?

Language and cultural differences aside, are you sure you're not reading more into this than it deserves.  Afterall, the tech support person was able to help you.  Isn't that the ultimate goal?   If you still want to pursue this, what is your Case Number?  We can ask an Adobe staffer to look into it.

Nancy,

I rarely complain about anything and I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of spending 10 minutes looking thoroughly through the website for a place I contact someone about given my extremely busy schedule.   Members of my team were present as this was occurring and they were also completely shocked by his behavior and immediately implored me to start copying the conversation so we could report him.

He first fixed the problem himself by remoting into my Mac. If everything stopped there, we would have been good and very happy.   But instead of just concluding the event, he came at me with very condescending questions.  He asked me why I wasn't capable of doing that myself since he sent instructions.   He did send instruction but they assumed we knew how to do something first before so we weren't able to do it correctly.  He claimed the knowledge of how to get the into the main library folder on a Mac is universal knowledge. Obviously, it isn't.  Nothing else could be read into his messages.  They were very inappropriate and not a good representation of this company.

I look forward to speaking to a representative.  Case E-000077693

OK.   Thanks for the follow-up.  I'm passing this along to Adobe staff for investigation.
