Hey there, just wondering whats the best contact path to make a complaint about service in general.  Im based in NZ so a Aussie/NZ contact would be awesome.

    Rob NZ, I am sorry you are encountering a difficult experience while working with our support team. I am showing that case ADB-15002773-Z0M8 and ADB-15100590-Q2W3 were closed after three messages were sent and we never received a response.

     

    You can use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html to update your support cases directly if you are not receiving the e-mail notifications.

     

    I will also move this discussion to the Creative Cloud for Team & Enterprise forum as it looks like you are trying to convert your individual membership to team membership.  Additional suggestions may be offered from this community.
