complicated team / licence structure

Hi there,

 

we have one colleague who has not joined our team, but licecend Acrobat Pro and Stock using her business email adress and pays for these licences using her personal credit card. 

What we want is two things:

  • get her in our team, so invoicing can be handles by the usual payment
  • get rid of her “Adobe Stock” licence as she does not need it anymore

How can this be accomplished?

    Thank you for reaching out and for clearly outlining the situation. I can appreciate how managing a mixed licensing setup like this can be inconvenient.


    The simplest way forward would be to ask your colleague to cancel both her Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Stock subscriptions that are currently tied to her personal credit card. Once that’s done, you can add a Teams license under your existing Acrobat Teams subscription and assign it to her, so billing is handled through your usual process, and the unused Stock license is resolved as well.
