Comprised Account using Prepaid Cards

Help.Our Business account is targeted by hackers and they are using PrePaid Creative Cloud cards to activate a 30-day trial under a "Personal Adobe account" running along side the business. After the trial ends, it will bill our business account $69.99 a month. This is a terrible practice.It is happening to a number of our users, we have MFA, changed passwords, logged out of everyone out, but it still seems to keep happening. Adobe isn't helping and they always say they need to escalate to their fraud dept, and it takes weeks to hear anything. We have tried to get a refund from Adobe but they said since its under your business and an authorized user, they won't issue a refund even though they confirm it was setup using a prepaid account. Why would we use a prepaid card when we have a business license portal. Why would 7 of our users go out and get prepaid cards for Creative Cloud? They wouldn't! Our account was compromised we enabled security, and its still happening. Adobe needs to come out and admit this is an issue.

This story has somewhere a fail. Prepaid cards don't compromise accounts. When I take a personal subscription, I need to add my card to this. Your people will get the announcements on this. Your people need to be logged-in into their account for this. If the account is hacked, you should notice that!

Nevertheless, you need to go the hard way, getting book backs from your bank and making criminal plaints.
