configure AUSST ( AdobeUpdateSeverSetupTool.exe )

Hi Folks,

I'm struggling with the AUSST. I went along the HowTo Verwenden des Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (AUSST) but realized the huge amount (> 250 GB) of necessary free harddisk space.

So my question: Is there any option for AdobeUpdateSeverSetupTool.exe to configure only Windows based Downloads. Right now, there are a lot of Updates for Mac-devices; but in our infrastructure, we don't have any Mac-devices running. So, every Mac-Software ist wasting my serverstorage.

Hopefully anyone could help.

Hi There,

Whilst the filterProducts switch in AUSST allows you to choose which products and their versions you want to sync to the server, it is currently not possible to only sync updates for a particular platform so it downloads updates for both Windows and Mac OS.

There's a feature request for this already and the possibility of being able to do this is currently being looked into.

ok, i got the win64/macos thing, but I would like to get the complete list of SAP Codes for Adobe Apps now, is that possible?

Hi all here, hi mw1972,

Maybe you can use --filtersproducts option? See section "Download products and updates based on a filter" in Use the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (AUSST). It is some difficult because you need to find "product SAP codes" for each product you need, and I didn't know where to find them.

EDIT: It seems product SAP codes are here: Adobe Creative Cloud Packager apps deployed without their base version present

EDIT2: Sorry, with SAP codes products, for each products we have both Windows and MACos versions. But maybe you can choose only products you actually use.
