Confirmation email is not being sent to users when I assign Acrobat license to them

Confirmation email is not being sent to users when I assign Acrobat license to them. I find it difficult to find support regarding this.

You may check the product profile if the notifications are disabled. You can open the product profile and go to settings and check.
