Consolidate 2 corporate accounts

Dear Adobe,

I would like to ask if it is possible to combine 2 business accounts into one? I have an active Adobe business account and wanted to purchase another license for that account today. I bought the product directly from the partner and unfortunately a new account was created (with a different ID) and a license was assigned to it. I would like to have all licenses in one account.

Correct answer Abambo

You need to cancel the new licence. You will need, however, contact your reseller for doing so. Then from inside of the console ("old" licences!), you can add the corresponding licence you need. Your assigned vendor (in the console) will handle the innvoicing.

You can always reassign licenses via the Admin Console. To know more about the assignment of licenses click here.
