Consulta sobre personalización del mensaje de bienvenida en la asignación de perfiles de producto –

Estimados miembros de la comunidad, cordial saludo.

Al asignar un perfil de producto a los usuarios, estos reciben de manera automática el siguiente mensaje:

“¡Bienvenido! Aquí le mostramos cómo comenzar con Todas las Aplicaciones – Edición Pro – Profesorado/Personal. El administrador del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE APRENDIZAJE SENA le ha otorgado acceso a Todas las Aplicaciones – Edición Pro – Profesorado/Personal, que incluye créditos generativos de Adobe Firefly y descargas ilimitadas de recursos estándar de Adobe Stock.”


Respetuosamente solicitamos orientación sobre:

 

1. ¿Es posible modificar o personalizar este texto de bienvenida que reciben los usuarios?

2. En caso afirmativo, ¿qué procedimiento o configuración debe realizarse en la Admin Console para ajustar el mensaje, de manera que se comunique con mayor claridad el alcance de la licencia adquirida por la Entidad?

Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, when you assign a product profile to users, they receive a notification that a license has been assigned. You’d like to customize this message. Please confirm if that’s the issue you need assistance with.

Currently, the welcome email text for product-profile assignments cannot be customized in the Admin Console. Admins can only choose whether or not notifications are sent when users are added or removed from a profile, but the content of the email itself cannot be edited.
