contact adobe chat or live human for support - no "system administrator"

Question

When I try to access live help through the Creative Cloud app, all I get is a message to "contact your system administrator." I don't have a system administrator. I have a faculty account, but there is no Adobe system administrator here. How do I chat with or telephone a live adobe help person?

If you have an account through the school you are either employeed by or a student of there nust be a system Administrator.
