Contact your administrator error on Firefly

Hey, i try to activate the use of Firefly with generative Credits for our staff.

But everytime a user with logs into firefly.adobe.com we get an error about:

You don't have access to this feature
You can contact your admin to request access.
 
As an Administrator of the console.adobe.com i can use Firefly. But i cannot see how i can enable this Feature for everyone?
I have enough Credits:
500/500 credits left
Next reset: December 18, 2025
 
 
I can also not generate Pictures...

Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, it appears that all team members in your organization are unable to use Firefly. Whenever a user signs in to https://adobe.ly/48J1S8F, they receive the following error:

“You don't have access to this feature.
You can contact your admin to request access.”

However, you are able to use the Firefly app without any issues.

Please confirm if this is the problem you need assistance with.

Could you also confirm whether this issue is occurring under the same contract associated with the email used to submit this query? Additionally, please verify which license has been assigned to you in the Admin Console. Since you mentioned you have 500 credits remaining, have you been assigned a Stock plan?

Please also check whether all affected users are assigned to the same product profile. You can review this using the instructions in the following document:
