Contract Owner

Unfortunately we are not able to to change the 'Contract Owner' beacuse of following:

 

De geselecteerde gebruiker heeft geen account gemaakt of bevindt zich niet in hetzelfde land of dezelfde regio als uw organisatie. Selecteer een andere gebruiker.

 

"The user do not have an account or or belongs to another land or region as your organisation".

 

The user do have an account and it is not clear what to amend amend about the 'region' - please help.

Hello,

If you are the contract owner and want to transfer your responsibilities to another person on your team, you can nominate an existing admin to become the contract owner. The nominated user must have the same country settings as yours.

So how does one solve this when the only other administrator is not in the same country? How does one change the ownership then? The page linked says nothing about that.
