Convert Adobe ID to Business ID for current users
I recently had an issue and the tech told me the user should have a Business ID instead of an Adobe ID so how do I change that? I am the admin but I can't edit the ID type for a user.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. But currently, we do not have any method of switching the User ID type. For further information regarding the same, you can go through this document.
