Hello. I have a question. If I want to sell a graphic to a client (graphics created with Adobe applications), I will have to make a contract with the client in which I give them all the copyrights to the graphic.

. In the contract it must be mentioned that I used Adobe applications? And another question. Can the creation of graphics with artificial intelligence (Firefly) be used for commercial purposes? This must be mentioned in my contract with the client?
