Covid-19 EDU installation issues

I received an email from Adobe that I was approved to load my students into the admin console.  I have added a test student and signed in to creative cloud as that student, but the apps say require permission or learn more so they cannot be downloaded. Only a couple apps indicate they can be downloaded.

Looks like I just had to wait about an hour and then I was able to download the apps as a student.

Can you link me to the instructions you used? I was approved but no instructions included on how to configure the admin console. Do I just add users' email addresses? I thought that any address @ourdomain.org would work.. but it's not. Also our users use gsuite, do they use the login with google option? Sorry to dovetail on your post but hoping to find info.

Hi there,

The process to enable your students is shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/covid-19-education-labs.html#Provideaccesstostudentsandteachers.

Let us know if you get stuck or have any more queries.

We use shared device licensing in our Labs - with generic logins in labs. Meaning I do not issue out each student an Adobe account via admin console.. We pay annually for 120 seats - two questions?

Does this mean I have to add each student in manually for free Covid offering - school was approved already?

Can I exceed the 120 license count for this temporary offering?? we have around 450 students

I am having the same issue. This is a test for Illustrator and the user is in the console without any products assigned as the instructions stated.

Is this also a new test user you just created? Or is this for an existing user?

Existing User that previously had a product assigned. Also, it's been several hours since receiving the approval email.

On what computer are you trying to download and install the apps? Can you check if it meets the System Requirements for apps such as Photoshop and Illustrator? Basically the ones that show a Learn More button, instead of Download.

I'm also checking with the teams internally. However, it also could be that it may take some time for new users, as we're probably getting lots users getting added to the system right now. Can you sign in and try with your account? You, as an admin, already are an existing user, so you should have access.
