Create a package, can't select "Redirect to internal Adobe update server", it's greyed out.

Hi,

When I use the desktop app to create install packages I have no problems adding the override files, but that only works for 2018 and older apps.

When I try and use the web-based tools, the Redirect to internal Adobe update server option is greyed out.

Any ideas?

OK,

I figured it out, you need to add the ovveride XML in prefs, first, then the option appears!

Yes, thanks. It wasn't SUPER obvious, but I figured it out!

I'm having the same issue, it's greyed out and we have AUSST installed so would like to select its use.

Unfortunately, "It wasn't SUPER obvious, but I figured it out!" doesn't help me as it doesn't say how you managed to tick/select this option.

Hi @FazzaGBR

Thanks for contacting us.

In order to use AUSST, please ensure the content from the XML file is copied into the admin console before the package creation process is started

Kindly refer the KB below https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/setup-ausst.html and refer to the section which says " Deploying client configuration files " and refer section 1. By including .overrides in the package itself

I hope this helps
