create category for password policy

Currently in adobe password policy if we made any change in password policy it will apply to all adobe id users. In our organization few adobe id users need to change the password in 60 days and few users need not to change password ever. So we want to categorize the password policy for different categories of users. Please add this feature to adobe. This will help in security for different organization users.
