Created Packages prompting for a sign-in and it doesn't work.

Hello,

I'm trying to create a managed package in my organization of a handful of Adobe products and install the packages on a couple of new laptops for some staff members and myself. The package is created successfully and downloads successfully. However, when I launch a program it prompts for a sign-in and I provide my credentials and it doesn't accept them.

I have tried tweaking making similar packages and altering some of the settings to see if it works and it doesn't work. I just need to download these programs on to these laptops and have the few users that we've designated as users (see attached picture) to access.

Hello,

As John mentioned that while installing the package, MAC will ask or the password for the machine. However, once the package is installed and the end-users try to open the application, it will ask for the Adobe ID and password to activate and license the application. The end-users have to sign in using the IDs you have added on the Adobe console and that way they should be able to activate and work on Adobe applications. Hope this helps. Let us know if there is any other issue.

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password
