Creating new Named license users only give possibility af trial software

Hi

The last 4 users i have invited for named license only get the possibility af trial instead of install of software. it looks as if this started when we reached 50 users. what can i do to continue creating users ?

    Adobe support did something in the backend and after that it was ok

    If you are using Creative Cloud for Teams then you can add licenses https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/manage-teams-membership.html

    If you are using Creative Cloud for Enterprise with an Enterprise Dashboard you should not be running into this problem. Feel free to provide further details.
