Creating Package

Hello,

My company bought a 1 year license for all adobe apps,

Our computers are not connected to the net,

That is why we have to download an Enterprise Creative Cloud and create an install package and then burn it and transfer it to our computers,

The problem is, i'm keep getting "Access Denied" error while trying to follow your guide about creating package for enterprise,

What am I doing wrong?
