Creative Apps are missing (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign)

I have a user that I have a subscription for Adobe and ALL the creative apps for several years now. Suddenly, she no longer has access to Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign and it is asking if she wants to do a 7 day free trial.

Anyone else having this issue?

Is she logged in with the same email as the subscription?

Otherwise you can contact Adobe Support and have them look at the account settings:
