Creative Cloud App Catalina Not Working - SOLVED

    Nothing on Adobe's end. 

     

    I was getting an error on the Creative Cloud app, which would try to repair itself and fail repeatedly.  The issue was due to an enterprise software auditing program we have that had quarantined CC in Catalina as unrecognized and so it was blocked.  Once that package was adjusted by our admins, everything worked well.
