Creative cloud breaks internet connection during updating/installing apps
Hello,
I am having some strange issues with Creative Cloud, whenever I need to update an app or install one, the moment I hit update my internet slows down or even stops.
This only happens when using the adobe Creative cloud, if I stop the update/install internet works again.
I have a good internet connection, I use other softwares and have no issues, my work requires me to upload/download large files, everything works perfect, except when I have to update an Adobe app ...
It breaks internet speed and takes an incredible long time to finish this update or install.
I trying resolving this with live support but they didn't understand, maybe somene here experiened this kind of problem?
